Fins Stuff
The Miami Dolphins play tomorrow in primetime! Here is some Fins Stuff.
Fins Stuff & Notes
The Dolphins will play their second game of a three-game road trip tomorrow night. They will take on the Los Angeles Chargers in some Sunday Night Football action. This game will end the two-game west coast portion of the Fins trip. There is a lot of stuff to take note of as the Dolphins try to resume their winning way after falling to the 49ers last week.
- For the betting crowd, the Dolphins are a 3.5 points favorite on the road.
- Tyreek Hill missed Thursday’s practice with an illness but is no longer listed as ill.
- Coach McDaniel stated on Terron Armstead: “You’re always careful to be too absolute in that scenario. I feel good about him being able to play, but we still have a day of practice to go through and we need to make sure that there’s no setbacks. But he’s feeling good and I know he wants to play and we are hoping for the best as far as Sunday goes.”
- McDaniel on River Cracraft: “It’s something that just popped up yesterday at practice and expect him to be – especially with River, he’s another guy that where there’s a will, there’s a way – but expecting to list him doubtful for the game as the result of that injury.”
Tua and Herbert
We can’t talk Fins stuff this week without mentioning Tua Tagovailoa and Justin Herbert. Both Tagovailoa and Herbert have stated publicly that it is the Dolphins vs Chargers. But, you know they both will have a little extra juice this week as they prepare. Tua has heard people say that Miami should have picked Herbert over him. Herbert has no doubt heard about Tagovailoa’s gaining ground as one of the best-performing quarterbacks.
I feel that both teams need to win this game. The Chargers will really fall off the playoff chase with a loss. The Dolphins will still be in the thick of things but it will be a brutal blow to lose two in a row with the Bills on the horizon.
