Game Day for Miami Dolphins!
Game Day as the Miami Dolphins take on the Baltimore Ravens
It is game day Dolfans! The Dolphins are about to play the Ravens in Baltimore. Miami has gotten their butt kicked in recent trips up to Baltimore. However, this one feels different. The talent gap has closed greatly between these two AFC teams. At the very least the Dolphins should make it a competitive game today.
The Ravens have a banged up secondary which is not ideal for them to face the likes of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle. There are also reports this morning that are saying Ravens running back, JK Dobbins, will sit out today. However, Miami also has injury concerns with Greg Little set to start in place of Austin Jackson at right tackle.
Game day is always fun, but a lot more fun when you feel your team has a good chance of obtaining a victory. Because, in recent history when the Dolphins had tough games on the road, Dolfans just had that “queasy” feeling. I’m not saying the Dolphins are going to march into Baltimore and slam the Ravens. But, I do feel much better as my favorite team enters this game day ready to take on the Ravens. Yes, last year the the Dolphins did easily handle Baltimore in that Thursday Night game. Yet, I still have all those memories of awful performances against the Ravens. Like a lot of you, I had to sit in the stadium when the Ravens run up the score on Miami in the season opener in 2019. Also, hard to forget some of the whooping the Ravens have given Miami in Baltimore.
Kind of sad, when one of the few plays that stands out in recent trips to Baltimore is a play that Kiko Alonso almost sent Joe Flacco into another dimension.
