Isaiah Wynn Signs with the Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins have signed (OL) Isaiah Wynn to a one-year deal. Wynn was selected in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft by New England. However, due to injuries, he missed his entire rookie campaign. Injuries have limited his performance throughout his NFL career.

Wynn was primarily a left tackle between 2019 and 2021 but he played at RT and guard during the 2022 season. Seems like this might be a depth signing but he will likely be given the chance to compete for the starting spot at RT. Dolphins GM Chris Grier has stated a few times this offseason that Austin Jackson is the presumed starter at RT.

There has been talk that the Dolphins wanted to bring in additional veteran linemen for competition. Isiah Wynn fits the bill in that he can play tackle or guard if needed.
