Avoid turnovers! Last week, Miami lost the turnover battle and still won. But, that is not a good formula for winning in the NFL. The Patriots are known to take advantage of other teams miscues.
Have a “more” balanced offensive attack. Miami will be a passing team for the most part but the Patriots will try to take away what Miami does best which is pass the ball around. But, if Miami can establish a sustained rushing attack it will open all aspects of the offense up.
Defense needs a rebound performance, last week the Chargers pushed the Dolphins front seven around when running the ball. The Patriots are hurting along the offensive line, so Miami needs to take advantage this week.
Get pressure on the QB without having to blitz. Miami’s only sacks came via the blitz in week 1.
