Miami Dolphins News 11/01/2023

The Miami Dolphins are overseas as they are preparing to take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Frankfurt, Germany. They might be on the other side of big pond, but that did not stop HC Mike McDaniel from having his weekly Wednesday press conference. The were some injury updates given.

Dolphins News

S Jevon Holland is out of concussion protocol.

The 21 day window has been officially opened for LT Terron Armstead to return to the active roster. His status for Sunday is uncertain, but it seems like he will be back sooner rather than later.

C Connor Williams seems like he will be ready to go against the Chiefs. He has missed games recently to an ongoing groin issue.

CB Xavien Howard, who is also dealing with a groin injury, has missed the last two games. This might be the week that we get to finally see Howard paired with Jalen Ramsey in the defensive backfield.

DB Brandon Jones did not travel with the team per McDaniel as a result of him going through protocol as a result of a helmet to helmet hit late in the New England Patriots game.

No Deal

GM Chris Grier did not pull off any trade deadline trades. Earlier this season Grier did make a trade for WR Chase Claypool.

The Dolphins do have the above mentioned players returning to action, so that should improve the roster. Plus, RB De’Von Achane will be eligible to return after the bye week.
