Miami Dolphins Thoughts February 1st

Miami Dolphins Thoughts February 1st

Some Miami Dolphins thoughts on February 1st. There is not much news about the Fins but some might be coming soon. At least, we hope!

Thoughts on the Miami Dolphins~February 1st 2023

There is still no news on the Vic Fangio front for the Miami Dolphins as I write this February 1st in the late afternoon. Yes, Dolphins Thirsty along with countless other outlets ran with the story that Fangio had agreed to a deal with Miami. Yet, here we are days later, and still no official word.

Pro Football Network (PFN) is reporting that their sources are saying that Fangio is still likely to be the Dolphins’ next defensive coordinator. PFN said that the deal should be finalized “sooner than later.” As of now, this is still no confirmation. Time will tell.

Tua Tagovailoa News

It has been reported that Tua Tagovailoa is now out of concussion protocol. I first saw the news from Ian Rapoport.

It is a long time until the Dolphins play their next game but it is good news to see Tagovailoa is progressing from a health standpoint. Hopefully, he moves forward with no further issues.  Tua seems set to be the starter for the Dolphins next year. But, Miami will likely be in the market for a veteran backup once again due to Tua’s history of missing game action. Any thoughts on who would be a good fit to back up Tua?

Brady Retires

Tom Brady never played for the Dolphins but we all have seen him many times. Especially when he was playing for the Patriots. It will feel strange not having to see Brady play next year. He defined all odds to play until he was 45 years old. Do you have any memories of Brady against the Dolphins? I remember watching Jason Taylor get to Brady in the past! Taylor and Brady had mutual respect for each other.

The season might be over for Miami but it is the perfect time to take some quizzes on your favorite team!
