Michael Holland III XFL Draft Prospect

Michael Holland III is one of those football players that somehow falls under the radar when it comes to getting publicity. Yet, he still got himself on the list of draftable players by the XFL. There is no doubting his athletic ability, but his determination is off the charts. The team that gets this defensive back on their roster, will see that Michael will not be outworked.

Michael attended Perkiomen Valley High School where he established himself as a star both on the football field and in track and field.

Holland’s skills got the attention of colleges as he progressed in high school. Temple, Saint Francis University, Harvard, and Army showed interest in him coming out of high school. But, for academic reasons, Michael decided to attend Junior College. He would garner a Division 1 scholarship to Mississippi Valley State. Yet, injuries would sideline the young player in college. So, he decided to turn pro.

Michael’s determination has not wavered. He now has his mind set on showing the XFL what he can do on the field. The XFL Draft is set for November 16th, and 17th this year (2022). Holland has prior pro football experience in arena league as well as playing overseas. Michael is a big physical defensive back that runs a 4.4 40-yard dash.
