Dolphins kick past the Cowboys

The Dolphins Kick Past the Cowboys!

The Miami Dolphins delivered a nice present to their fans on Christmas Eve at Hard Rock Stadium. The present was wrapped in Jason Sanders kicks! Miami also clinched a playoff spot in the victory.

Dolphins Beat Cowboys 22 to 20

The narrative on the Dolphins coming into this game was that Miami could not beat a team with a winning record. That narrative can now be put to rest.

The kicking game of the Dolphins was on point throughout this game. Sanders became to first Miami kicker to make 3 fields of 50 yards or more in a single game. But, it was a short field goal that completed the 22 to 20 victory as the last second clicked off the clock at Hard Rock Stadium.

Tua Tagovailoa Leads Game Clinching FG Drive

Tua Tagovailoa had to drive down the field after the Cowboys took a late 2o to 19 lead on a Dak Prescott touchdown pass to Brandin Cooks.

Tagovailoa delivered hitting a key third down conversion to Tyreek Hill. The running of Jeff Wilson caused the Cowboys to use all of their time outs. After the final time out by Dallas, Wilson rushed for a critical first down which insured that Sanders kick would be the final play.

Ravens Up Next

Miami will travel to play on New Year’s Eve day to take on the Baltimore Raven. A win by would clinch the AFC East title for Miami. Enjoy this win, but there is still a lot of work to be done for this 2023 version of the Dolphins. I like their chance though!
