Tua Tagovailoa and Dolphins Notes

According to Adam Schefter, Tua Tagovailoa of the Miami Dolphins has cleared concussion protocol. However, the left-hand throwing quarterback will be inactive tomorrow (10/16/2022) against the Minnesota Vikings. Yet, a return seems likely the following game when the Dolphins host the Pittsburg Steelers for a prime-time game on Sunday Night Football.

Tua Tagovailoa’s Return vs the Steelers

Yes, the media is going to have a lot of fun discussing the return of Tua. As it just happens to mark the return of Brian Flores to Hard Rock Stadium. Any bit of news surrounding Miami’s signal caller seems to get blown up in the media, especially on social media. So, this is surely going to be discussed until people’s fingers tire out or are blue in the face from talking about it.

Add in the Tua vs Flores aspect and get ready for even more craziness on Dolphins Twitter than normal! Well, before the Dolphins can worry about the Steelers, they have to be prepared to beat a tough Minnesota team. The Vikings come in at 4 and 1 while Miami sits at 3 and 2. Yes, Miami started off hot with that 3 game-winning streak. But, two straight losses without Tua as well as some other key players has sent some fans into stress mode. So, this will be a good time to see Miami get back to winning before the craziness of the week hits!

Other Dolphins Notes:

CB Xavien Howard: Advised media that he feels better. He is ready to play vs the Vikings.

CB Kader Kohou: Listed as doubtful vs Vikings as he deals with an oblique injury. He joins Tua as the only other player listed as doubtful vs Minnesota.

OT: Terron Armstead is listed as questionable, he is still dealing with a toe injury.

TE Durham Smythe is listed as questionable as well with a hamstring injury.
