week 14 fanduel dolphins thirsty

Week 14 Fanduel Dolphins

Are you ready for Week 14 of Fanduel? Last week was one of the toughest matchups that the Dolphins’ offense will face all year against the San Francisco 49ers. Like we predicted, Tua and Tyreek Hill were still viable Fanduel options but the running backs and tight ends for the Dolphins were going to be shaky at best. In week 14 the Dolphins get a primetime matchup against the Chargers in what should be a high-scoring game. On Fanduel they are on the Sunday/Monday Night slate as well as the single game Sunday night slate.

Quarterbacks of Week 14 Fanduel

Fanduel has Tua back up to $8,200 this week. After he still was able to score almost 16 Fanduel points last week in a tough matchup, Tua gets a nice matchup this week against the Chargers. The $8,200 is a steep price tag but we could see another ceiling game here from Tua who has scored 23 or more Fanduel points in four games so far this season.

For $700 less than Tua you can get Kirk Cousins playing in Detroit which is the best place this season for teams to score a ton of points statistically. Detroit is somehow the favorite in this game as well even though they are 5-7 and the Vikings are 10-2. This should light a fire under the Vikings and be a game where they throw the ball all over the field and put up a ton of points.

Running Backs

It was a brutal game last week for Dolphins running backs. Jeff Wilson Jr. had 0.3 Fanduel points and Raheem Mostert had three. This week should be a different story for both of them. They should both be more involved and get more touches as well as Fanduel points. Unfortunately, we still have a running back by committee in Miami. It is hard to say who will get the most touches between the two. Mostert outcarried Wilson in his return seven to one, so Mostert seems like a safer play and is cheaper on Fanduel by $300.

It could be time for another massive Derrick Henry game. After two weeks with difficult matchups, the Titans get to play the Jaguars in week 14. Henry is priced at $9,000 but we could see a ceiling game from Henry here where he could be a must-own player on Fanduel. He has scored more than 22 points six times so far this year and hit 35.3 one week as well.

Wide Receivers in Fanduel Week 14

Tyreek Hill has proven that he is matchup proof. In one of the worst matchups you can get in the NFL, Tyreek Hill still scored 25.1 Fanduel points in week 13. His price tag is getting extremely high but it is warranted. He should be in line for another massive game like he is every other week. If you can fit him in your lineup at this high price tag then fire him up. Jaylen Waddle also practiced in full and should be good to go looking for a bounce back game here at a fair Fanduel price.

AJ Brown is just the fifth highest priced wide receiver on Fanduel’s main slate. After putting up 27.9 points last week and looking unstoppable, he makes for another great play against the Giants. If this Philadelphia and New York game remains competitive, Brown could be another top play this week.

Tight Ends

For the second-straight week Mike Gesicki has had one target and no catches. He can definitely be left off of your Fanduel team as he is still $5,000. Durham Smythe, if healthy, might have more fantasy relevance right now for the Dolphins than Gesicki at $400 cheaper.

Playing against the Dolphins, Gerald Everrett makes for a good Fanduel play in week 14 at just $800 more than Gesicki. He had five catches for 80 yards last week and should be in a high scoring game with Miami this week.

Defense

This game against the Chargers is projected as one of the highest totals on the week at 52.5. That means that the Chargers are expected to put up a good amount of points. Miami is $4,100 this week for their defense on Fanduel. It seems like a steep price tag compared to some other teams this week.

The Seahawks get to play against one of the most depleted offenses in the NFL this week, the Carolina Panthers. Sam Darnold is expected to start in this game for a team who recently traded Christian McCaffrey and hasn’t scored over 25 points in a game all season. Darnold also threw for just 164 yards in his only start this season.
