Terron Armstead went out injured today as the Miami Dolphins practiced with the Houston Texans. The extent of the injury is unknown at this time.

Seems like Tyreek Hill thinks that Armstead is fine.

Dolphins LT Terron Armstead texted me “I’ll be good” a few minutes ago.

Armstead will get a MRI to be 100% certain. But it sounds like good news for Armstead, one of Miami’s best players, after practice injury scare.

We will have to wait and see on the Armstead news, but it might not be as bad as first feared. Hopefully, he is fine. There is no reason to see him play until Week 1 against the Chargers if this was just a scare.
